Winston P. Ekpotu is the Managing Partner of Britson & Partners, where he leads the firm’s strategy, client engagements, and institutional development initiatives. He works closely with senior executives, boards, and public institutions to strengthen leadership capability, governance structures, organisational design, and performance systems.
Winston holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability. He has also completed an Executive Programme in Agribusiness Management at Lagos Business School and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
Beyond his advisory work, Winston serves on select boards an advisory bodies, contributing to strategic oversight and institutional sustainability.
